Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency (CAHA) fosters opportunity for participation in arts and humanities programs to benefit citizens of all ages and from every community on the island of Guam.
Established in 1967, the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency is dedicated to the development of music, visual arts, cultural heritage, literature, and arts education by providing services and programs which nurture creativity, promote cultural identity and encourage community involvement. Its mission is to ensure that all persons have the right to artistic expression and preservation of cultural identity on Guam.
